"I like these underwear a lot, they've been my "goto" for a couple months now. They are comfortable for extended periods of time. I have light leakage so a pair can be good for a long afternoon working in the yard or grilling on the deck. The fit is good and they stay in place very well, undetectable under pants or shorts. Try them, they may be your GOTO also."

Great when out and about

"Normally, I used the Abena San Liner Size 3A (with adhesive) which are the best pads ever for urge incontinence. For added reassurance when I'll be away from home for a while, I'll use these pants. They're called "Light", but they'll handle an overfull bladder and then some. I've never had a problem with leaking. They're soft and comfortable enough that I forget I'm wearing them. No rustling. And they have a nice sticky tab so you can just roll them up for disposal."

"I wear M-4 at night to eliminate most trips to bathroom. During the day, if I'm going to be away from restrooms for a couple hours, or to guard against any leakage from an enema, the light pants work just fine and are quite comfy — good for 2 or 3 releases."
