We will process and ship your order within the continental US in 1-2 business days. Our delivery trucks always thrive to get you your products as fast as humanly possible, so you can expect your package(s) to arrive within 3–4 business days. Want to keep tabs on your order? We thought you might, so you’ll receive shipping updates from the moment your order is placed, to when your order is on its way to you. No products of Abena North America, Inc. can be shipped to P.O. Box addresses, United States territories, Alaska, Hawaii, or addresses outside of the United States. Listed below are all the United States territories we do NOT ship to at this time:
ORDER TRACKING POLICY
When your order is placed, we will send you updates via email. The email you receive depends on whether you placed a one-time purchase or a Subscribe & Save order. If you have multiple items in your order, you may receive additional emails for each item.
The order acknowledgement email provides a summary of the items in your order. The order acknowledgement will display the delivery address and expected delivery date. You can click the date to view your order details.
We'll send a shipment notification email when the item leaves our warehouse. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and expected delivery date. You can click the tracking number to track your package by entering the tracking number on the carrier's website.
If you purchase an AbenaUSA Gift Card, we'll send you an email notification containing your unique Gift Card code.
